All About Ease Organizing is there for you with online estate sales/local pickup. We partner with MaxSold to maximize your time by taking this off your plate. We help you meet your goal of emptying out your home in time for listing, moving, or generating income for your desires! Retirement vacation anyone?
Step 1: Getting Started
We curate “lots” — items you want to sell that we believe will go well together (or sets — like dinnerware or flatware), and describe them in detail to generate interest from many angles!
We then photograph, tag to keep track of what you have for sale, and upload lots to the platform for a quality, online presence.
Don’t be afraid if you feel you got too much stuff! Average online estate sales are 100 lots! 50 lots can still yield a nice profit as well as 150!
Step 2: Client Review
You can actively participate in providing any history or provenance for us to best generate that interest, as well as editing the lots. At this stage you can add or remove any lots. You have the last say so! Upon your approval, your online estate sale goes live!
Step 3: Pick Up Day
Or, perhaps better said, “Empty out your home day!” This is where the magic happens! All buyers will come this day and remove their purchases. They are responsible for packing, removal and delivery of your items to their new homes. Your house will literally empty out in one day!
